Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the lucky ones living in the EU, excluding the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. Our next milestone is to expand our shipping to new countries, so that even more white pouch enthusiasts can enjoy our services. Drop us a line if you want us to update you once we start shipping to your country!

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive your order in 1-2 workdays, but on some rare occasions it could take up to a week.

What shipping options are available?

We offer free, fast and carbon neutral shipping to all countries in the EU thanks to our shipping partner UPS, who runs the world’s most extensive integrated smart logistics network. Once you are ready to check out, a drop-down list of the nearest UPS Access Point® Locations will become visible.

I have not received my package on time – what should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that, but we can assure you we will do our best to help you out. You can always track your order using the tracking number which you will receive by email as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. If that doesn’t solve the mystery, please reach out to our customer service and they will guide you further!

My order tracking link does not work, what happened?

Tracking links aren’t always on track, no pun intended! If you do experience an issue, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to resolve. Are you still having trouble tracking your order, get in touch with us!

Payments

What payment methods can I use?

We have support for card payments with Swedbank Pay, invoice payments and direct bank payments with Klarna and Trustly. In the check-out you can see what payment methods that are available in your country.

How do I use coupon codes?

In your shopping cart, simply enter your code into the ‘Coupon code’ box and click ‘Apply’. The coupon should magically appear in your cart!  If that doesn’t work, double check for any accidental character spaces or odd symbols.

Something went wrong when processing a payment, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that something went wrong! Please reach out to us if the wrong amount has been deducted. You can also contact our payment provider ReePay, if for example:

• Someone has placed an order in your name
• You have questions about the type of payment that has been made
• You have questions about whether the payment has been made

Returns & Refunds

I did not receive what I ordered, what should I do?

We are very sorry that the delivered package does not match what you ordered! Contact us and we will sort it out.

I'm not satisfied with my purchase, what should I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. You will have to pay the return shipping costs and return the items within 14 days. Remember to notify us about this, or we cannot accept your return.

The products must be in original condition upon return. If the products are opened or otherwise not in their original condition, they cannot be refunded.

When a roll is purchased, the plastic covering the roll is considered part of the original packaging. If the plastic has been removed, moderately damaged or opened, it cannot be returned to us.

I have returned an order, when do I get my money back?

Once your returned order has reached our warehouse, your refund will magically appear in your bank account in about 3 to 5 days.
